Yes, The Granary is very family-friendly. There is a twin bedroom with two full size single beds, making it ideal for children. An infant travel cot, highchair, and stair gates are available on request at no additional cost but must be requested prior to booking. The Granary is a great choice for families, with parks and local attractions nearby to explore, and children will also enjoy seeing the alpacas grazing in the paddock next to the Granary.
We do not allow pets at The Granary. This is due to the presence of animals on the grounds and to help us maintain a high standard of cleanliness, including avoiding any concerns around allergies for future guests.

All our guests receive an interactive digital guide packed with tips and suggestions to help you make the most of your time in Kent and keep you entertained throughout your stay.
Check-in at The Granary is from 3:00pm, and check-out is by 11:00am on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be available subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Please contact us in advance if you’d like to request this.
For bookings made through third-party platforms such as Airbnb, guests can pay securely using credit or debit cards. For direct bookings, payment is processed upon receipt of an invoice and can be made safely via bank transfer or a secure payment link. All transactions are handled securely to protect your personal and financial information.
Guests may cancel free of charge within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation is made at least 14 days before check-in. Cancellations made after the 48-hour window may be subject to charges in line with the booking platform’s cancellation terms. No refunds will be given for early departures or unused nights. We strongly recommend guests take out appropriate travel insurance.
