While The Granary is located adjacent to our home, your space is completely self-contained and private. We’re always happy to help if you need anything during your stay, but we fully respect your space and will only interact with you if and when you choose to reach out.

To make the most of your stay, we recommend checking your travel route in advance and noting any directions or parking instructions we provide. Bring personal items such as toiletries, weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable footwear for exploring nearby walks & attractions.

I’ve been on Air BnB for over 10 years and this was probably the best hospitality I’ve received. Charmaine was brilliant from start to finish whether that’s pre info, treats on arrival or asking if we needed anything throughout our stay. What a wonderful home we stayed in & had the best festive break (the Xmas tree was such a nice touch too!!) thank you so much!!

We had a lovely stay in the cottage. Charmaine and Chris were great hosts, responsive in communication and even invited us to join the family fireworks on New Year’s Eve! The cottage is perfect, has everything you need and more - bottle of bubbles in the fridge, a cake on arrival, milk, bread, butter, eggs etc! Thank you for a lovely stay, was just what we needed!

We stayed at The Granary for two months through October and November and it is one of - if not the best - we have ever stayed in! Visiting from Australia, we wanted somewhere quiet but with good access to all that you need and this was perfectly situated. The accommodation is superb with a warm and calm vibe that lasted throughout our stay. In addition such comfortable beds and sumptuous quality bedding, not to mention great wardrobe and storage space. She has a real flair for interior design and it shows. To basically live in a detached cottage in fantastic rural grounds, with your own private parking space and hosts on hand only if you need them was a gift. Charmaine and Chris the hosts were always available if we needed anything and we could see the ducks and geese being fed across the way. The tennis court was available and a real feature especially in the warmer months. Really comfy furniture with smart tv it was hard to leave.
